Roles and Responsibilities

Software Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain in‑house software applications to support business operations.
• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in workflows and IT processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and system integrations.

Networking & Server Management

• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
• Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance.

Applied AI & Analytics

• Develop data‑driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools.
• Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations.
• Work with data visualization tools to present key business metrics.

Simulations & System Optimization

• Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes.
• Optimize system performance through real‑world scenario modelling.
• Utilize simulation tools and frameworks to enhance decision‑making.

Requirements

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, PHP, or similar
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
