Job summary

Singapore Management University seeks an experienced IT Help Centre Manager to oversee daily Help Centre operations and the university-wide Device-as-a-Service leasing program. You will manage vendor performance, coordinate device inventory with departments, and help define service standards in line with ISO20000-1:2018.

The role requires strong vendor management, project coordination, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT with 7+ years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT Help Centre.
• Manage theDevice-as-a-Service leasing scheme and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with schools/departments to inventory devices and handle inquiries.
• Develop and enforce service standards and new support plans.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Prepare user documentation and workflow procedures.
• Support procurement and maintenance of IT/AV equipment.
