MindChamps Singapore Pte Limited is seeking a technology leader to transform its IT landscape into an AI-enabled, cloud-first environment. The role focuses on proactive operations, automation and cost efficiency while ensuring secure, reliable services for senior staff and centres across Singapore.
You will manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, lead cloud migrations, vendor negotiations and the deployment of AI-driven Service Desk capabilities.

The successful candidate will leverage AI, automation and modern cloud technologies to create a highly resilient, secure and efficient IT environment where technology is intuitive, support is proactive, and manual effort is continuously reduced. Manage and maintain day to day IT infrastructure operations in HQ office and centres across Singapore.
Lead the transformation of IT Services towards a proactive, AI-enabled operating model where users experience seamless technology with minimal disruption.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support and serve as the escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and storage infrastructure.
Oversee endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, refresh, warranty management, and disposal.
Lead commercial negotiations with technology vendors. Optimise software licensing and cloud consumption.
Manage enterprise networking including Cisco Meraki, Sophos Firewalls, Ubiquiti, Site-to-Site VPN, Wireless infrastructure and Internet services.
Manage and support CCTV surveillance systems, door access control systems and other physical security technologies.
Support wireless presentation systems, classroom technology, and centre-based educational IT equipment.
Provide IT support to senior management and VIP users, ensuring timely resolution of business-critical issues.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs and disaster recovery procedures.
Support and mentor junior IT staff where required.
Be available to support critical business events when required outside business hours.
Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
Manage office relocations, new centre deployments, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and network modernization initiatives.
Coordinate project timelines, vendors, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Lead procurement activities, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and solution evaluations.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT processes using AI and workflow automation.
Implement AI-powered Service Desk capabilities including virtual agents, intelligent ticket routing and self-service.
Reduce manual support activities through automation and knowledge management.
Develop predictive monitoring to identify issues before they impact users.
Introduce AI-assisted root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
Build automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes for users and devices.
Continuously review IT processes and eliminate manual activities wherever possible.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
Establish KPIs to measure automation, service quality and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years' experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and digital workplace services
Proven experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise-grade infrastructure across multiple countries and locations.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, virtualization technologies, enterprise networking, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure and endpoint management.
Experience implementing Zero Trust Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), endpoint security and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, software licensing, technology asset management and vendor relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating technology contracts, managing software licensing, optimising cloud consumption and delivering measurable cost efficiencies.
Proven experience implementing IT automation, PowerShell, Power Automate, scripting or Infrastructure-as-Code to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Demonstrated understanding of AI-enabled IT Operations (AIOps), AI-powered Service Desk capabilities, intelligent monitoring and automation technologies, with the ability to identify practical AI use cases that improve service quality and reduce operational costs.
Experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers and telecommunications partners against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation/Managing Professional, CISSP, CCNP, Fortinet, VMware, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience with AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Sentinel, or other enterprise AI and automation platforms will be highly regarded.
