Job summary

You will manage Microsoft 365 administration, IT asset inventory, and coordinate with vendors while delivering proactive, customer-focused service and contributing to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for office and outlet staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure and deploy hardware and software.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office applications.
