Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable professional for the COO Office/Business Management & Support within the Risk Management Group. The role focuses on financial governance, expense control, and project support across Credit and BCM domains.

You will engage with Credit heads, prepare governance materials, and help drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. A 3–5 year finance background and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
• Experience in accounting, statistics, data analytics, and/or project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and ensure discipline and accountability in RMG Credit’s expense and headcount matters.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial requests from Credit heads and external stakeholders.
• Provide project governance and support for initiatives within RMG Credit.
• Participate in Credit-related projects.
• Reconcile and perform variance analysis on financials and proactively escalate possible issues to management.
• Work with coordinators and Finance to review variances on financials for monthly update to management.
• Monitor submissions for SCM initiatives, and work with coordinators and the SCM team to ensure SCM targets are Coordinate the annual forecast and budget exercise.
• Monitor and track enhancement status, including financials, work completed, and benefits realisation, and work with stakeholders to prepare materials for regular platform governance updates.
• Provide support to Credit COO for monitoring and tracking credit projects and related business functions.
