Job summary

New Era Technology PH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end AV and multimedia projects across Asia Pacific for a global corporate client. Based at the client site in Singapore and working full time, this role suits someone with a strong background in AV systems, workplace technology, and project delivery.

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design coordination through implementation, testing, and closeout, ensuring successful delivery

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience managing, designing or delivering enterprise AV projects.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, multimedia technologies and workplace collaboration.
• Experience managing complex tech deployments across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AV integration, commissioning, centralized control systems and room tech.
• Strong PM, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning skills.
• Experience with vendors, procurement teams and third‑party integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review floor plans and AV requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, AV integrators, vendors and internal teams.
• Lead RFPs and vendor selection, including bid reviews and discussions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, change requests and reporting.
• Oversee deployment of meeting room tech, collaboration platforms, digital signage and IPTV.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet standards.
• Coordinate testing, training, handovers and project closeout.

What is the role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Audio Visual (AV) and Multimedia technology projects across Asia Pacific for a global corporate client.

Based in our client’s site in Singapore and working full time, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AV systems, workplace technology, and project delivery. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design coordination through implementation, testing, and project closeout, ensuring successful delivery of premium collaboration and multimedia spaces.

• Manage end-to-end AV and multimedia projects across the Asia Pacific region
• Gather client and business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
• Review floor plans, room layouts, and AV requirements with stakeholders and project teams
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and Statements of Work
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, AV integrators, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead RFP and vendor selection activities, including bid reviews and commercial discussions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, change requests, and project reporting
• Oversee deployment of meeting room technologies, collaboration platforms, digital signage, IPTV, and multimedia solutions
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet quality and technical standards
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, user training, operational handovers, and project closeout activities
• Maintain project documentation, asset records, and project trackers throughout the lifecycle

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate must possess:

• 7-10+ years of experience managing, designing, or delivering enterprise Audio Visual (AV) projects
• Strong understanding of AV systems, multimedia technologies, and workplace collaboration solutions
• Experience managing complex technology deployments across multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of AV integration, commissioning, centralized control systems, and room technologies
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills
• Experience working with vendors, procurement teams, and third-party integrators

• Experience delivering AV projects for multinational corporate environments
• Experience with Zoom Rooms, Digital Signage, IPTV, and meeting room technologies
• Familiarity with workplace technology and smart office environments
• Experience using Ariba, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Understanding of AV standards, network-enabled AV devices, and enterprise collaboration technologies
