Job summary

DVI Solutions in Singapore invites applications for a Project Engineer based in Singapore. You will work with the project manager, technical team, and clients to deliver AV integration projects on site, from planning to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AV experience, reads schematics, and can manage installations, testing, and post-installation support, with willingness to travel to client sites. Degree in Electronics/Electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV integration projects.
• Support the project manager with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics.
• Oversee onsite installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems including displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX).
• Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors during project execution.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users post-installation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, test results, and handover documents.

Position Overview:
We are actively seeking candidates based in India or Bangladesh who are eager to gain international work experience in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the AV industry, with a solid understanding of system design, implementation, and onsite project execution. In this role, you will work closely with the project manager, technical team, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of AV integration projects.

• Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Shure, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with onsite project execution and coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
