Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee technology team financials, headcounts, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, technology management, and project management. This role requires a proven track record of more than 5 years in similar positions. The Technology Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving effective financial management across our Enterprise Solutions initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting for the Enterprise solutions department
  • Conduct financial analysis and cost optimization exercises to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings within Enterprise Solutions.
  • Monitor and track technology spending, budgets, and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver maximum value to the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quarterly updates on KPIs and the strategic roadmap.
  • Prepare presentations for the CEO and other senior stakeholders, providing insights into technology governance initiatives, risks, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, finance teams, and business unit heads, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in finance management, governance, or related roles.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with external accountants and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
