Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials engineering or related field.
- 7 years of Foundry R&D or integration/process/device engineering experience.
- Experience with 2.5D and 3DIC integration is advantageous; strong problem solving (DOE, FMEA, control plans).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials engineering or other relevant fields.
- With 7 years working experience in Foundry R&D or related experience of integration/process/device engineer.
- Experiences in2.5D and 3DIC integration and device background are advantageous.
- Strong analysis skills with solidFMEA, control plan, DOE, and problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motived and avid learner.
