Job summary

Oracle Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support upgrades and integration projects for Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). You will implement lifecycle management, RBAC and user provisioning, and work with IT teams to define IAM security policies.

The role involves upgrading OIM to OIG, integrating LDAP/AD and cloud apps, and ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR through robust IAM controls and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, SQL, WebLogic, SOA and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing and customizing Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Experience integrating LDAP, Active Directory and cloud applications.
• Experience with Oracle IAM upgrades, patching, migration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting OIM 12c to OIG 14c upgrade activities is required.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC and privilege management.
• Ability to work with business and IT teams to define IAM security policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the upgrade of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c to Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 14c, including environment assessment, upgrade planning and execution, migration of configurations, workflows and integrations/customisations, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and transition support.
• Develop and customize OIG components such as connectors, event handlers, workflows, and SOA composites.
• Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OIG performance, security, and integration issues.
• Work with business and IT teams to define IAM security policies and best practices.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and migration of Oracle IAM components.
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
