Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an Oracle IAM Consultant to implement, configure, customize, integrate, and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions. You will manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle, while configuring RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.

The role requires integrating OIG with AD, LDAP, HRMS, databases and enterprise applications, and developing connectors, adapters, workflows and rules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM.
• Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge.
• Experience with AD/LDAP/HRMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/JML.
• Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.
• Integrate OIG with AD, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise apps.
• Develop connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, integration and access issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and work with security teams.
