Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an Oracle IAM Consultant to implement, configure, customize, integrate, and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions. You will manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle, while configuring RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.

The role requires integrating OIG with AD, LDAP, HRMS, databases and enterprise applications, and developing connectors, adapters, workflows and rules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM.
• Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge.
• Experience with AD/LDAP/HRMS integrations.

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) Consultant to implement, configure, customize, integrate, and support IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/JML.
• Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.
• Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Develop/customize connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, integration, and access-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and work with business/security teams.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM.
• Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge.
• Experience with AD/LDAP/HRMS integrations.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, and Oracle DB is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
