Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development, industry engagement, or partnership management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects across teams.

• Act as the point of contact with industry partners and manage commitments.

Job description

This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in Jurong.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact providing strong engagements for industry partners.
• Managing commitments to key members and ensuring these commitments are delivered.
• Coordinate internal teams for effective project delivery.
• Oversee account plans, engagement tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
• Pinpoint follow-on opportunities, co-development projects and long-term collaboration roadmaps.
• Expand the business portfolio by engaging new industry partners.
• Keep up with industry trends in the areas of electrification, smart mobility, and advanced manufacturing.
• Development and execution of strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scale battery manufacturing and sustainability capabilities.
• Facilitate collaboration across the battery value chain, including suppliers and system integrators.
• Develop lasting relationships with industry, public sector, and research stakeholders.
• Project and programme support
• Be a representative in industry forums and ecosystem engagement activities.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
