Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering diploma, have experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and possess strong digital skills, including AI-enabled tools. A 12-hour shift schedule is required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Qualifications

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and looking for growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with doing 12‑hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
