Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Production Support Technician to analyze machine utilization, improve output quality, and sustain safety across assigned workstations.

You will work with equipment engineers to ensure equipment availability, apply AI-enabled insights for efficiency gains, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This role requires a relevant engineering diploma and supports growth in a global memory leader.

Qualifications

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
