Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking a production/engineering professional to analyze machine utilization, maintain production efficiency, and uphold safe, compliant operations.

You will work with Equipment engineers and incorporate AI tools to boost accuracy, quality, and throughput. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent), and are comfortable with 12-hour shifts including night.

Qualifications

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem solving, and achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machines utilization and improve quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Collaborate with Equipment engineers to maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Identify, test, and share AI-enabled enhancements within scope of work.
