Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven production technician to join the manufacturing team in Singapore.

You will analyze machine utilization, improve quality output, and maintain production efficiencies across assigned workstations. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe workplace, collaborating with Equipment engineers to meet stringent product requirements, and integrating AI-enabled insights to boost efficiency, quality, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to apply AI literacy to tasks responsibly.

Responsibilities:

As part of the manufacturing team, you will be -

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment andcomplying withorganizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Requirements:

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency androle‑appropriate AIliteracy to use AI‑enabled tools responsiblyand effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
