Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a production technician to analyze machine utilization and sustain production efficiencies across assigned workstations.

You will support a safe working environment, collaborate with Equipment engineers, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve quality, efficiency, and problem-solving while adhering to standards. A 12-hour shift, including night shift, is required; semiconductor experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
