Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a hands-on technician to analyze machine utilization, maintain production efficiency, and support a safe, compliant work environment across 12-hour shifts, including night work.

You will collaborate with equipment engineers to maximize availability, integrate AI-enabled tools to improve quality and throughput, and contribute to continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-driven ideas within your scope.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering required.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts including night shifts.
• Ability to apply AI literacy to research, analysis, and operations.

Requirements

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and looking for growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with doing 12‑hour shifts (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
