You will collaborate with equipment engineers to maintain equipment availability and meet stringent product requirements, while applying AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and quality. Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous, proficiency with Microsoft Office,

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle office tasks.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift including night shift.
• Demonstrates baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.

As part of the manufacturing team, you will be -

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.

Requirements

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering OR equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and looking for growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with doing 12-hr shift (including night shift).
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
