ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Functional/Technical Support professional in Singapore to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

You will translate requirements, design enhancements, and run data mining and testing to ensure functionality meets user expectations. You will assist with React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend development, monitor batch processing, optimize SQL queries, and maintain COBOL/JCL legacy systems while collaborating with project leads and users

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant software support experience.
• Experience with React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Analyze and design enhancements for existing functionalities.
• Data mining and testing to ensure enhancements meet business needs.
• Work with project leads, users, and developers to improve processes and functionality.
• Assist with React/TypeScript frontend and Java application development, troubleshooting, and BAU support post-implementation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing jobs and ensure batch cycles run without failures.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Maintain COBOL/JCL legacy code and databases (VSAM, sequential files).
• Support client project leads and users with technical issues and work on improving system performance.
