ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. is seeking an Application Support Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery in Singapore. You will translate requirements into solutions, support React/TypeScript and Java applications, maintain COBOL/JCL systems, and collaborate with project leads and users to keep operations running smoothly.

You will analyze and design enhancements, monitor batch jobs, and optimize SQL queries while supporting both frontend and backend components post-implementation.

Qualifications

Experience building frontend with React and TypeScript.
Backend development with Java and related technologies.
Strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with COBOL, JCL and legacy file structures (VSAM).
Experience supporting batch jobs and troubleshooting failures.
Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with project leads, users and developers to improve functionality.
Support React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend post-implementation.
Monitor batch processing and ensure cycles run without failures.
Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
