Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and electrical/mechanical systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure optimal operation daily. You will conduct routine inspections, testing, and diagnostics, maintain records and service reports, and work closely with team members and contractors while upholding safety policies and procedures.

This role requires clear communication and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant maintenance experience is an advantage.
