Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Singapore seeks an Administrative Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. You will monitor work orders, manage records in OneDrive, and coordinate procurement and asset tracking.

The role requires a diploma in a related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement

  • Experience in managing administrative records, work orders, inventory, and office assets.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
