Job summary

UST GLOBAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking engineers with hands-on experience in Advantest V93k testers for semiconductor test activities. The role involves running tests, validating corrections, and supporting data collection for reliability studies.

Candidates should be familiar with ATE operations, tester handling, and generating GR&R and distribution reports, contributing to engineering experiments and validation tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Advantest V93k tester for testing activities.
• Background in semiconductor testing for packaged parts is preferred.
• Ability to interpret test data and report results.

Responsibilities

• Advantest V93k tester operation for engineering activities.
• Validation/buy-off of tester rejects for qualification.
• Reliability readouts to support engineering experiments and data collection.
• Generate reports for GR&R and parametric test distribution summaries.
• Complete validation and defined engineering experiments.
• Basic debug of loadboard components.
• ATE handler and tester familiarity.
