Job summary

UST in Singapore is seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer to support validation and engineering experiments for packaged parts. You will review test rejects, run reliability readouts, collect data, and assist with loadboard debugging and report generation for GR&R and distribution summaries.

The role requires hands-on experience with ATE systems (V93k) and Delta matrix handling, a related bachelor's degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Delta matrix handler and ATE V93k tester.
• Bachelor's degree related to semiconductor electronics.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor testing for packaged parts.
• Knowledge of ATE handler and tester familiarity.
• English communication skills are a must.
• Advantest training certificate is an added advantage.
