Job summary

ThunderSoft is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to own end-to-end test programs for both hardware and software used in ATE testing. The role requires direct hands-on work with modules like Psshorts, Openshorts, JTAG/I2C, Tcct, and basic thermal setup, plus extensive experience with Advantest V93K SMT7/8 testers.

You will own validation, sign-off, and production release across silicon lifecycles, ensuring test content consistency, coverage, and regression while coordinating with multiple

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Advantest V93K tester.
• Experience in semiconductor test or validation environment.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test program validation, sign-off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.
• Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health.
• Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression.
• Drive PV, audit, and data compliance, closing gaps before any release.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Infra, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure test programs are CI/infra ready (toolchain, automation, versioning, release governance).

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer (Test program owner) with hands-on experience in hardware/software utilized for ATE testing.

Candidate should have direct hands-on working experience in the following modules:

• Psshorts,
• Openshorts,
• JTAG/I2C,
• Tcct or other equivalent automated test interface,
• Basic thermal setup

Experience on Advantest V93K (93K) tester SMT7/8 is required.
