Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a Plant Operator in Singapore to ensure continuous plant availability and safe, efficient operation of equipment at Lakeside. The role requires monitoring, quick response to issues, and adherence to site safety policies.

You will work a 12-hour shift (2222) as part of a 24/7 operation, supporting plant goals and KPIs. Training is provided, and immediate hiring is available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mech/Elect/Electrical preferred).
• Training provided.
• Immediate hiring; 12-hour shift schedule (2222).

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous plant availability and reliable, safe operation of equipment.
• Support achievement of plant goals, KPIs and safety standards.
• Monitor and record operational activities.
• Respond to 24/7 call backs and plant emergencies.
• Adhere to site safety policies by all personnel.

• To ensure continuous plant's availability as well as be accountable for safe, smooth, reliable and efficient operation of plant's equipment.
• To support plant goals, objective and KPI's
• Ensure safety is incorporate into all activities and site safety policies and standards are followed by internal and external members.
• Monitor and keep track of operational activities being carried out.
• Respond and support to call back duties to ensure smooth 24/7 plant operation and/or plant emergencies
