Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring Service Engineers/Technicians at Tuas South to perform maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure smooth operation of facility systems. The role demands hands-on electrical or mechanical experience and willingness to work in non-air-conditioned environments and at height.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 SGD plus allowances, incentives, and AWS; transport is provided; immediate start is required for this

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Willing to work in non-airconditioned and at height
• Able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays
• Comfortable with Tuas South

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults and diagnose breakdown problems.
• Responsible for all operation machine efficiency improvement and meet efficiency target set by management.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program and documents.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance (PM/ CM) for all facility related equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc
• Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet
• Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday 8am to 5pm
