Job summary

CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform periodic inspections and ensure proper operations of the property in Singapore. The role requires recording M&E readings and monitoring plant and equipment performance, plus on-site supervision of service contractors and subcontractors.

Candidates should have at least 3 years MCST experience overseeing residential, industrial or mixed developments, with an NTC certificate in facilities technology, mechanical or electrical.

Qualifications

• NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, Mechanical or Electrical.
• At least 3 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
• Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
• Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PE or CM/ACM.
• Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
• Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PE or CM/ACM with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc).
• Any other duties assigned by the CM/ACM.
