Job summary

CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional for overall property management of the estate. You will plan and oversee fitting-out, operations, and maintenance of buildings and surrounding land, while supervising contractors to ensure contractual obligations are met and operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in Estate Management or Building Services Engineering with 4–5 years MCST experience for diploma holders, and a solid knowledge of the BMSMA Act.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Estate Management or Building Services Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4-5 years MCST experience for Diploma holders.
• Experience in handling commercial or industrial buildings.
• Good knowledge of BMSMA Act.
• Contract management skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management of estate including pest control, landscape, cleaning, and security.
• Plan and manage fitting-out, operations, maintenance of buildings and land.
• Supervise contractors to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure smooth operation.
• Address tenant feedback and implement timely remedial actions.
• Maintain relations with staff, contractors and management; ensure MA contract renewal.
• Implement preventive maintenance for M&E equipment per safety procedures.
• Conduct monthly council meetings and AGMs.
• Oversee annual budget and cost-saving measures.
• Provide guidance to Site Team under supervision.

Job Description:

Overall Property Management of the Estate that he/she assigned to include soft Services such as Pest Control, Landscape, Cleaning and Security.

Required to plan, formulate, manage and oversee the fitting-out, operations, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and land area.

Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings

Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner.

Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management.

Ensue renewal of MA contract.

Ensure all preventive maintenance programs for all M&E/ building equipment in compliance with relevant legislations and safe work procedures.

Conduct monthly council meeting and AGM.

Oversee preparation of annual budget and implement cost saving measures.

Provide timely guidance and advices for Site Team under his/her charge.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Estate Management, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 4-5 years of MCST experience for Diploma holders and have experience in handling commercial or/and industrial building.

Good knowledge of BMSMA Act.

Contract Management skillset is a must;

Overseas regular building maintenance and repairs;

Maintaining and updating Standard Operation procedures;

Monitoring of maintenance budget;

Coordinate council meetings and AGM;

Dispute management;

Knowledge of BMSMA is mandatory;

9.00am to 6.00pm
