Job summary

SANTINO COFFEE SPECIALISTS PTE LTD is seeking a field service technician to install, service, and repair coffee machines and equipment at customer sites in Singapore. The role emphasizes hands-on work, strong diagnostic skills, and reliable problem solving.

You will work independently, perform routine maintenance, document service activities, and provide clear guidance to customers on operation and troubleshooting. A Class 3 driving licence and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install machines and equipment according to Company, manufacturer's guidelines and/or customer requirements.
• Maintenance & repair: perform regular maintenance, cleaning, descaling, and replace worn parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot: identify and diagnose issues by analysing error codes, performing tests and visual inspections.
• Customer Service: interact with customers to address machine-related concerns and provide guidance on operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures.
• Documentation: record servicing, repair and installation in service report.
• Other Tasks: support and perform any other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation

  • Install machines and equipment according to the Company, manufacturer's guidelines and/or customer requirements

  • This involves but is not limited to assembling components, connecting water and power supplies, and ensuring proper machine functionality

• Maintenance & Repair

  • Conduct regular maintenance and preventive inspections of machines and equipment. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, descaling, and replacing worn-out or malfunctioning parts as needed

  • Repair machines and equipment. This includes but is not limited to adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, or reprogramming machines to restore functionality

• Troubleshoot

  • Identify and diagnose issues with machines and equipment by analysing error codes, performing tests, and conducting visual inspections

• Customer Service

  • Interact with customers to address their machine-related concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance on machine operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures

• Documentation

  • Record respective information of servicing, repair and installation in service report

• Other Tasks

  • Support and perform any other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirement

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Able to work independently
