Job summary

INCEPTION SG PTE. LTD. provides premium coffee machine service and reliable technical support. We seek a dedicated Technician to install, test, service, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, while coordinating deliveries and inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record, or own transport (prefer motorcycle).
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment safely.
• Basic mechanical/technical skills; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Prior technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:

• Install, set up, and test equipment at customer locations.


• Perform basic repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting.


• Assist with regular maintenance and servicing schedules.


• Inventory management of parts, tools, and machines.

Delivery Duties:

• Safely transport supplies to various client locations.


• Count, check, and arrange stock before delivery.


• Verify and organize items on-site during delivery.


• Ensure accurate delivery documentation and reporting.


• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of delivery vehicle.

Other Duties:

• Support with stock-taking and warehouse organization.
