Job summary

LS 2 SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a technician for servicing and maintaining cleaning equipment, including high pressure jets and scrubbing machines. Candidates should hold a minimum NITEC in Engineering and have relevant experience in equipment maintenance.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, basic computer proficiency for reporting, and independent work ethic. The working hours are 5.5 days a week, and the work is based at Changi Airport.

Job Description:

• Servicing and repairing cleaning equipment including high pressure jet, leaf blower, scrubbing machine, vacuum cleaner, battery operated cart etc
• Inspecting and assessing the functionality of cleaning machines
• Trouble shooting machineries breakdowns
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
• Preparation and submission of maintenance reports
• Liaise with external vendors for necessary equipment repair
• Inspect and monitor quality standards of cleaning chemical, equipment / tools
• Perform asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment
• Prepare inspection finding reports and communicate with internal staff / vendors on any faults, and follow up to ensure rectification
• Any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical or electrical equipment preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer skills for report preparation and record keeping.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at Changi Airport.
• Working Hours: 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
