Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is hiring for a position that focuses on daily inspections and preventive maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical systems in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

This role requires effective communication and troubleshooting skills, and candidates with knowledge of ACMV, Fire Protection, BAS, Plumbing, or Sanitary systems will be favorably considered. The position involves working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mech/Elect/Aircon/building.
• Knowledge of ACMV, Fire Protection, BAS, Plumbing, or Sanitary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance in Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
• Attend to customer service requests and fault calls.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance
• Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests
• Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Able to work on rotating shifts (6 days work week), including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours

• 6 days work week on shift
• Up to $3000

Location

• Central or North

Job Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant experience - Mech/Elect/Aircon/building.
• Candidates with sound knowledge of ACMV, Fire Protection, BAS, Plumbing, Sanitary and/or HT/LT will be favorably considered
