Job summary

Singapore Land Group Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities & M&E Technician to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, ACMV and chiller plant systems within our shopping mall in Singapore.

You will perform daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and coordinate contractors for hard and soft services, while upholding safety requirements and responding to ad hoc duties from Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of M&E experience in a retail mall/hotel with sound knowledge of building services (M&E).
• Nitec in Facility Management or related courses, preferably electrical or mechanical services.
• Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to perform 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
