Job summary

Singapore Land Group Limited is seeking a capable Facilities/M&E technician to maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, ACMV and associated building services within a retail mall environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults and coordinate with external contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of M&E experience in similar settings, a Nitec in Facility Management or relevant electrical/mechanical coursework, and basic MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience in a retail mall/hotel.
• Nitec in Facility Management or relevant electrical/mechanical courses.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to perform 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all works performed by term contractors.
• Attend to ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

1. 1) Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair works, which includes Plumbing & Sanitary systems, general maintenance / repair of electrical fixtures and fittings and Chiller Plant System
2. 2) Perform day to day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and carry out simple repair of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall
3. 3) Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements
4. 4) Able to troubleshoot, coordinate contractors work arrangement in hard & soft services
5. 5) Monitor all works performed by term contractors
6. 6) Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned to you by the Management

Job Requirements

Knowledge in electrical, ACMV, would be a prerequisite.
