Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte. Ltd. is seeking hands-on technicians to support safe and reliable operation of a prominent shopping mall in Singapore.

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs for building facilities and equipment, addressing faults in electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and lighting systems. You will monitor alarms, respond to tenant requests, and supervise contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or relevant technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Facilities Management.
• Relevant building maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, ACMV, plumbing or general building systems.
• Hands-on, safety-conscious and able to work independently.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance and basic repair works for building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to faults and breakdowns involving electrical systems, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary systems, lighting and other building services.
• Monitor building systems, equipment readings and alarms, and promptly report abnormal conditions.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and internal departments.
• Coordinate and supervise appointed contractors performing servicing, repair and installation works.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance activities, meter readings, breakdowns and completed works.
• Support tenant fit-out, reinstatement and renovation activities where required.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with emergency situations and other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
