Job summary

AMS-OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance technician for our cleanroom environment to perform daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machines. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, has 1+ year in machine maintenance, and is able to work a 12-hour night shift. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks of assigned station such as preventive maintenance and workplace safety
• Demonstrate technical knowledge while performing troubleshooting of machines

• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to improve equipment performance
• Execute work according to company policy and work instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform daily task of assigned station such as preventive maintenance and workplace safety.


• Demonstrate technical knowledge while performing the troubleshooting of machine.


• Report and compilation of daily maintenance and other activities of assigned station, as well as write troubleshooting reporting pertaining to a machine down time.


• Adherence to the company's organizational goals, objectives, and safety guidelines.


• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance.


• Execute the work accordingly to company policy and work instructions

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent


• Preferably with more than 1 year working experience in machine maintenance and servicing within a cleanroom environment.


• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement


• Dynamic, hardworking and detailed with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork


• Ability to work well with all internal functional areas, customers and suppliers


• Good communication skills and good team player


• Able to work 12 hours Night shift
