Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a skilled technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment within a Cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical subsystems, maintaining production tools, and logging maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a Cleanroom setting. Familiarity with technical drawings and relevant tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and conduct cost-effective troubleshooting and repairs down to the board level.
• Assemble, align, and integrate mechanical and electrical sub-systems, including vacuum systems, pumps, and valves, based on technical schematics.
• Maintain production tools within critical process parameters and run functional quality checks.
• Accurately log maintenance activities and monitor machine yield via real-time systems to implement corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering teams on equipment reliability enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in Cleanroom Environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams, and familiarity with tools such as multimeters, torque wrenches, and vacuum gauges.
