Job summary

CPG Facilities Management in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Technician to assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations and to supervise on-site contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will troubleshoot building systems, inspect facilities, and ensure reliability, with AV setup responsibilities in auditorium and AV room. This 2-year contract offers benefits and a 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields.
• Experience: minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building and Facilities maintenance.
• AV system experience will be an advantage.
• Able to start work within a short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carry out Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdown and fault to determine the causes for prevention of future occurrence.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in building systems.
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Ensure contractors on defect rectification after servicing.
• Set-up and operate AV system in the Auditorium, atrium and AV Room.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
