Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a forklift operator to work at the Benoi Sector site in Singapore. You will operate heavy forklifts and reach trucks in a container yard, perform routine inspections, and assist with container placement to support depot operations.

No prior experience required as forklift certification and training will be provided; physical fitness and strict safety compliance are essential. Working hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with AWS and VB available.

Qualifications

Physically fit to work outdoors under varying weather conditions and in a busy container yard.
Forklift certification and training will be provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently in the container yard to support depot operations.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure operational reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct pre-operation safety checks and strictly follow workplace safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure accurate placement and assist with shifting of containers within the depot to optimize yard space.
