Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a forklift operator to work at the Benoi Sector site in Singapore. You will operate heavy forklifts and reach trucks in a container yard, perform routine inspections, and assist with container placement to support depot operations.

No prior experience required as forklift certification and training will be provided; physical fitness and strict safety compliance are essential. Working hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with AWS and VB available.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to work outdoors under varying weather conditions and in a busy container yard.
• Forklift certification and training will be provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently in the container yard to support depot operations.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct pre-operation safety checks and strictly follow workplace safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure accurate placement and assist with shifting of containers within the depot to optimize yard space.
