Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Tuas is recruiting a Reach Stacker Operator to perform lifting, stacking, loading and unloading of containers. You will move containers within the yard, ensure safe operations, and support daily yard workflows in a busy logistics environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on reach stacker or heavy forklift experience, a valid license/certification, and the ability to work overtime including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level (or equivalent)
• Valid Singapore Heavy Forklift License or Reach Stacker certification
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating reach stackers or similar equipment
• Familiar with container depots, yard operations and safety practices
• Able to lift heavy loads in outdoor conditions
• Willing to work overtime, night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Operate the reach stacker safely and efficiently for lifting, stacking, shifting, loading, and unloading containers
• Move and position containers within the yard according to operational requirements
• Handle container stacking and retrieval within designated storage areas
• Carry out yard inspections and realign steel plates when required
• Perform daily pre-operation checks and report faults or safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and operations
• Comply with company policies, procedures and WSH regulations
• Collaborate with Traffic Controllers, Drivers and Operations team for smooth yard operations
• Assist with yard housekeeping and other duties as assigned by Management

• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)


• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM), Sat (8:30AM -12:30PM)


• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus (Twice Yearly)


• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the reach stacker safely and efficiently for lifting, stacking, shifting, loading, and unloading containers.


• Move and position containers within the yard according to operational requirements.


• Handle container stacking and retrieval within designated storage areas.


• Carry out monthly yard inspections and realign steel plates when required.


• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and report any equipment faults, incidents, or safety hazards to the Traffic Controller.


• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and operational activities.


• Comply with company policies, operating procedures, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.


• Work closely with Traffic Controllers, Drivers, and the operations team to ensure smooth yard operations.


• Assist with yard housekeeping and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating reach stackers, heavy forklifts, or similar container handling equipment.


• Familiar with container handling procedures, yard operations, and safe equipment operating practices.


• Experience in container depots, logistics yards, ports, or transportation operations is an advantage.


• Able to carry heavy load, involving outdoor environment.


• Willing to work overtime, night shift, weekends and public holidays when required.
