Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on electro-mechanical work, documentation, and precise test records. You will support daily production, engage with customers, and participate in process improvements to boost reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment testing, system integration, manufacturing, or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production, documentation, customer technical engagement, and shift handover.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly and system integration for semiconductor equipment.
• Execute equipment testing, calibration, commissioning, and verification per procedures and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues involving vacuum, RF, gas delivery, thermal systems, sensors, and control systems.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigation, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain test records, documentation, equipment configuration, and quality compliance.
• Support customer technical discussions, acceptance tests, and issue resolution.
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
