Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the IT industry; candidates with 10+ years may be considered for a senior position.
• Background in software development or systems engineering preferred.
• Creative skills in video content, visual design, or graphic tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content including product guides, tutorials, and design specs.
• Translate engineering concepts into clear documentation.
• Lead content strategy for SGTS and GCC initiatives.
