Job summary

You will maintain training records and certification validity, support audits, monitor materials and equipment, and work with internal stakeholders to align apprenticeship programmes with business needs.

• Coordinate technical training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, materials and participant registration.
• Maintain training records, certification validity and administrative documentation.
• Support training compliance audits and certification programmes for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor training materials and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate apprenticeship programmes and training needs with internal stakeholders.
• Update digital training materials and records using SharePoint and other systems.
• Raise purchase requisitions and support other training-related administrative duties.
