Job summary

WEST PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training Specialist to support the employee training system, maintain materials and assessments, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance with operational requirements.

The role collaborates with leaders to drive continuous improvement and align training with business objectives. The position emphasizes data review, competency development, and keeping documentation audit-ready while assisting in digital transformation initiatives and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; 0–1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Completion of Train-The-Trainer (TTT) or equivalent is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt is advantageous.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MES) and project management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage areas of the employee training system including materials and assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain training standards and governance for GMP/GDP compliance.
• Conduct and facilitate training and competency assessments per approved materials.
• Coordinate with heads to align training with business objectives via needs analysis.
• Regularly update training programs to reflect policy and tech changes.
• Maintain production training documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and training system effectiveness.
• Assist in training systems, digital transformation and operations continuity.
