Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee and drive manage service projects across military camps in Singapore.

The role requires coordination with PMO and Lead to meet timelines and budgets, while ensuring high client satisfaction and strict deadline adherence. You should have a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with about 5 years of relevant experience, and a vehicle is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete projects according to the timeline and budget set by PMO and Lead.
• Lead and direct projects to a common objective.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver milestones and meet deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as the point of contact to the client.
• Ensure project delivers as-sold solution, stays within baseline budget and is delivered on time with quality.
• Coordinate project team activities through task delegation and resource management.
• Ensure proper documentation is in order.
• Any other duties as assigned.
