Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Singapore to provide hands-on technical support for equipment and systems. The role includes site visits, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
Prepare service and technical reports.
Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
